Two men arrested in €150,000 cocaine raid in west Dublin

‘Drug paraphernalia’ was also discovered when gardaí searched the house in Blanchardstown.

TWO MEN HAVE been arrested after garda drug specialists mounted a raid on a house in Blanchardstown, west Dublin.

A large stockpile of cocaine with an estimated street value of €150,000 was seized during the raid.

The house in the Fortlawn area was searched by officers from the Blanchardstown Drug Unit at around 8.30pm on Friday. Cocaine was removed from the property, along with what gardaí said was other drug paraphernalia.

The two men arrested, aged 32 and 33, have been in custody at Blanchardstown garda station over the weekend. They are expected to appear in court tomorrow morning to face charges in relation to the incident.

Gardaí have said investigations are ongoing.
