TWO PEOPLE HAVE been stabbed in an incident in Dublin city this afternoon.

The incident happened in the Oliver Bond area of Dublin 8.

It is understood that one person was stabbed in the stomach and the other person was stabbed in the hand. It is believed that the injuries are not fatal.

Gardaí are currently attending the scene of the incident.
