29 - The number of people who died in the Omagh bombing. A man was charged with their murders this week, sixteen years after it happened.

13 3/4 - The age Adrian Mole was when he started his diaries. Diary-keeper Sue Townsend died this week at the age of 68.

6 - The number of hours in the work day for some local government employees in the Swedish city of Gothenburg, in a new plan to cut down on sick leave and boost efficiency.

1 - The number of days that Google will offer Google Glass for sale to the general public (but only if they can be delivered to the US). The pricetag? A cool $1,500…
