TWO MEN HAVE been arrested by police after a man’s body was discovered in a flat in north Belfast.
Detectives from PSNI Serious Crime Branch said they have launched a murder investigation following the discovery of the man’s body.
The two men were arrested as part of the investigation.
Police said that the body was found just before 3am this morning in a flat at Ardoyne Place.
The victim’s name has been confirmed as 35-year-old Eamon Ferguson, who was from the area.
A post mortem examination is currently being arranged, according to a police statement.
Police are appealing to anyone who saw or heard any activity in the Ardoyne Place area last night, or in the early hours of this morning, to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
