Our peak temperature for the 31st of October came in 1995 – when an Indian summer saw thermometer hit a high of 19.6 Celsius.

Today Met Eireann has measured the temperature at 17.9 Celsius in both Casement in Dublin and at Dublin Airport.

Despite the warm weather – there is expected to be some heavy rain in some western and southern counties this evening – including Limerick, Galway, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Mayo.
