RAPPER AFROMAN WAS hauled off stage by police during a gig in Mississippi last night after he appeared to punch a female fan on stage.

In footage filmed at the gig, the women can be seen dancing behind the rapper while he plays. As she moves in closer, he turns and knocks the woman off her feet.

TMZ reports witnesses said the woman was bleeding and crying. She managed to get up and walk off stage.

According to the Daily Mail, a representative for Afroman said he didn’t know if the fan was a man or woman and just reacted to someone being on the stage.

Police took him away handcuffed after the incident and he was later released after paying a $330 bond.
