Drugged Spiders Spinning Webs Archive Experiment of the Day
This is what happens to their spinning skills when they light up a doobie.

WHAT A TANGLED web we weave – especially when ‘we’ are a common house spider who has been fed a drug and asked to go spin a web.

This is an illustration produced by a Nasa experiment from 1995 when the effects of certain drugs on a spider’s work (ie, web-spinning) were studied.
