Paul Gogarty first TD to concede seat loss

The Green Party’s Paul Gogartry has announced that he had conceded – just one hour into counting.

GREEN PARTY TD Paul Gogarty has conceded the election just one hour after counting commencing.

At about 10am this morning, Gogarty tweeted:

“10% of tallies counted. All in my strong area. Loads of 2, 3, 4, which is comforting, but not enough No. 1s. I concede, with good grace.”
