IS THIS A merman being pulled from a river?

The video was supposedly shot in Poland and appears to show a merman type form being lifted from the ground and taken away by four men wearing biohazard suits.

During the two minute video the body is seen to have a fin-like tail and is carried away by the group.

A number of people have been tweeting about the video and speculating that its contents are either proof that mermen exist or a hoax.
