@John why do women nned to be waxed to within an inch of their lives to be considered attractive?? I’ve seen men with hair coming out of their nostrils and ears; on their nose with accompanying ‘monobrow’, hairy backs like wooly jumpers, hairy a**es and sometimes men so hairy you wonder why they bother wearing clothes at all. Women have body hair, the same as men. Why do we have to be subjected to constant scrutiny regarding errant body hair and men can get away without having to so much as tweeze a follicle??

Louise,don’t dis the mono/unibrow! My husband has one and has actually said before that he would ‘divide’ it but I’m totally against him changing it. My mates husband has one too and she’s the same as me. Down to personal taste me thinks ;) I’m not into hairy bodies but some people are. I like beards and moustaches,though not on women :D

I mean each to their own especially where Mary’s are concerned but women with facial hair….bleuugh, it always makes me think of Selma and Patty, the horrible aul sisters of Marge in The Simpsons….I think Bart caught them waxing their lips in one episode…que distressed shudder….

Most certainly does my holiday cost 600 and a 50 euro dash in penny’s sorted out the rest .men probably spend more on beauty treatment . Chest waxing . Eyebrows . Sun beds. Back sack and crack the list is endless

Eimear, what can I add. She travelled to a sunny place to get a tan and she stilled plastered her face with a inch of make up! Even her friends rolled their eyes.

@Declan, fair enough! I suppose in her head she was ‘making an effort’ maybe….and I m not surprised some women do after reading some of the lads comments above! I know the only daytime make-up I wore on Hols was the stuff from the night before when all ya could manage was to stick on the bikini and collapse on the nearest lounger!
