5. #NORTH KOREA The reclusive state has been holding an enormous parade in the capital Pyongyang to celebrate 70 years of the ruling Workers’ Party.

6. #ÁRAS ATTRACTA RTE reports that a judge has ruled that covert video evidence is admissible in the trials of six people charged with abuse in a Co Mayo care home. 

7. #COURTS A judge has branded a man who kissed a teenager without consent a “nuisance to society”.
