€1m in ecstasy tablets and €700,000 of cannabis seized in Dublin

A 36-year-old man was arrested after the substances were found during a raid on a house in Donabate.

ECSTASY TABLETS worth an estimated €1 million have been seized in Dublin, along with cannabis herb worth an estimated €700,000.

The drugs were recovered during a raid on a house in The Strand, Donabate yesterday.

A 36-year-old was subsequently arrested and is being questioned at Mountjoy Garda Station.

The raid was carried out by officers from the North Central drug unit based at Store Street.
