1. #BARCELONA: Police in the Catalan region of Spain are attending an incident in Subirats, where a “suspicious person” wearing a suspected explosive belt has been shot dead. The person has since been named as Younes Abouyaaqoub – the main suspect in the attack.

2. #TURKU: Court documents today identified the suspect in last week’s Finnish stabbing attack as 18-year-old Abderrahman Mechkah.
