Missing in Cork: Appeal for help finding 84-year-old Denis Whyte

Gardaí believe the elderly man may appear confused.

GARDAÍ IN CORK are looking for help in tracing an elderly man who has been missing since yesterday morning.

Denis Whyte, 84, was last seen in the Barrack Street area of the city at 6am.

The man, originally from the UK, wears glasses and is bald with grey hair at the sides. He is 5′ 11″ tall and of thin build. He usually wears a full suit and a three-quarter length cream jacket.

Gardaí warned that he may appear to be confused. They are concerned for his safety and anyone who has seen him or can help in any way is asked to contact the local station on 021 452 2000 or the confidential line on 1800 666 111.
