They should legalize the cultivation, production and means of distribution of all cannabis and related products. It’s readily available whether legal or not, but legalizing it would make the whole trade, from seed to weed taxable, would free up valuable garda time and decriminalise otherwise decent law abiding citizens who currently find themselves on the wrong side of the law. I dare say cigarettes are a greater danger to the public well being.

Still no significant seizures of heroin, cocaine and other hard substances reported in ages. Gardai must spend more resources in these area’s instead of going after abit of weed. If anything having a smoke lessin’s the potential public order offences committed every weekend. It’s not the gardai’s fault. Hopefully legislation will change and most people I know also share the same views.

180’000 I don’t know what trusty middleman they purchase their weed from for the valuation but I could easily get 9kgs for 150-160k ;-)

Smoking weed is bad! That’s why it’s illegal for us to fly to Amsterdam from Dublin and Cork, you know, since it’s so bad and they don’t want us engaging in such behaviour!
