Let’s hear it for the girls: Dublin mini marathon in pics

The women’s mini-marathon has taken over Dublin streets once a year since 1983 – and here’s the photographic proof…

OVER 780,000 women have participated in the Women’s Mini Marathon in Dublin since its inaugural event 31 years ago.

Almost €14m was raised for charities by last year’s event alone – and close to €137m raised in total since 1983.

Well done, ladies – and good luck later today in the Flora Women’s Mini Marathon. Here are some pics to get you started:
