David Healy is the Green Party's candidate in Dublin North-East. Healy, who has a background in law and enviromental science, was first elected to Fingal County Council in 1992 and has served on the body for 13 years. This will be his fourth general election campaign in the constituency following unsuccessful runs in 1992, 2002 and 2007.
