IN RESPONSE TO a damning internal audit report into the Health Service Executive’s SKILL training programme, Minister for Health Mary Harney has said that any waste or misappropriation of money by the HSE is unacceptable.

Harney insisted that any such situation would not be acceptable to her, the government, or the health service – and vowed to address any problems – when speaking on RTÉ’s Prime Time programme last night.
