Good news Dublin: A tech company is creating 150 jobs
The jobs will be in areas such as business, technical analysis, quality assurance, and application support

A DUBLIN TECHNOLOGY firm has today announced it will created 150 new jobs in the capital.

Calypso Technology, which provides capital markets software solutions, plans to establish a Managed Services Centre in Dublin, with investment supported by the Department of Jobs Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.

The company is now recruiting for professionals in a range of areas such as business, technical analysis, quality assurance, and application support.

Speaking about the announcement today, Minister Bruton said financial services is a key sector and a targeted area for the government’s job creation plan.

Waste collection company The City Bin Co also announced 30 new jobs to be rolled out before Christmas in Dublin as it expands its service into new areas including Finglas, East Wall, Coolock and Drumcondra.
