GARDAÍ ARRESTED THREE people and seized a firearm as part of an ongoing investigation in Dublin yesterday evening.
During the search of a house in the Dunsink area of west Dublin, gardaí recovered a sawn-off shotgun and a quantity of ammunition. A large amount of cosmetic products were also seized.
Three women were arrested at the scene; one aged in her 40s and two aged in their 20s.
The woman in her 40s is detained under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939, at Blanchardstown Garda Station.
The other women are detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, also at Blanhchardstown Station.
