THE APARTMENTS AT Priory Hall have undergone significant redevelopment and are being released this week.
New Priory, The Hole in the Wall Road, Donaghmede, Dublin 13 is for sale from €145,000 to €195,000 with Hooke & MacDonald via Daft.ie.
There are 43 apartments available – a mix of one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom duplexes. The roof construction has been removed and replaced and the external walls and windows were replaced also.
The apartments have had all their joinery and internal finishes replaced and the existing partitions strengthened.
The development is close to Clongriffin Dart station, shops and Clare Hall shopping centre.
