Poll: When should the next general election be held?

Should the coalition go until 2016?

AN OPINION POLL in today’s Irish Independent shows that 77% of people are dissatisfied with the way the Government is running the country.

The poll results are only marginally better than those which those faced by the previous Government in its final days.

The current coalition would be unwilling to hold a general election any time soon after its poor showing in but some within Labour are openly questioning their place in Government.

The Government’s five-year term expires in early 2016, but should it go all the way. Today’s poll: When should the next general election be held?
