THE GOVERNMENT HAS rejected calls for the Dáil to be reconvened for a debate on the ongoing conflict along the Gaza Strip.
Yesterday, however, Fianna Fáil said it was confident that it could force the Seanad back into session with the support of independents so a debate could be held there on this issue as well as the volatile situation in Ukraine.
