POLICE SAID THIS evening that two men arrested as part of the investigation into the death of David Black have been released.
The PSNI said that the two males, aged 34 and 42, who were arrested in the Coalisland area have been released unconditionally
The suspects had been questioned at Antrim Police Station. Their arrests brought to six the number of people arrested since the fatal shooting of David Black on 1 November.
The 52-year-old prison officer was shot as he drove to work at Maghaberry jail on the M1. It is understood a car with Dublin registration places pulled up alongside his vehicle and opened fire.
