Baby boy visits firefighters who helped deliver him last week

He has been named after the men who helped bring him into the world.

MEMBERS OF DUBLIN Fire Brigade got a special visit from a baby boy they had helped to deliver earlier this month.

Senan made a rushed entry into the world on 5 October, with assistance from DFB firefighters/paramedics Robert Earley and Cian Malone.

To show his family’s appreciation Senan’s full name is Senan Robert Cian.

The paramedics were requested to assist Senan’s mother Jenni who went into labour at home. Within ten minutes of their arrival, her son had arrived.

The pair then brought mother and baby to the Coombe Maternity Hospital.

DFB said Robert and Cian are “very proud” and glad they got to meet Senan and Jenni again.
