Biography

An active anti-austerity campaigner, this is her second time running for national office. She ran in the 2014 local elections as well as in a 2015 by election in the Carlow-Kilkenny constituency. A graduate of law from UCC, she previously took a legal challenge against the introduction of water charges and is involved with protest groups in her local area.

Why should someone vote for you (in 140 characters or fewer)?

I am challenging Irish Water/Minister for the Environment in the High Court. I don't make promises, I just do it. Already advocating for people in welfare, housing, and other issues.

What is your number one priority for your constituency?

To promote Cork to reach its full potential in tourism, to ensure the incinerator does not go ahead where proposed, to ensure locals are housed first, to raise your issues in the Dáil.

What one thing would you like to do in your first 100 days of the new Dáil if you are elected?

Regulate immigration/border controls, Referendum on EU, legal aid for those facing evictions, legislate for debt /write downs, rent controls, national advocacy service.
