THE FAMILY OF an Irish man, who died suddenly in Las Vegas yesterday, is being provided with consular assistance, the Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed.

The 24-year-old man was originally from Sligo and died suddenly in the Nevada city yesterday, it is understood.

The circumstances of the young man’s death are not believed to be suspicious but local law enforcement authorities are investigating the matter.
