THREE MEN ARRESTED yesterday in connection with a fatal gangland shooting at a Dublin shopping centre have been released without charge.
Gardaí said this morning that the three men – aged between 25 and 31 – who were detained in connection with the killing of Karl Wynne were released late last night.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Wynne died of his injuries in Tallaght Hospital on 19 July 2013, seven weeks after he was shot at St Dominic’s Shopping Centre on 30 May.
The shooting is believed to have been gangland retribution.
