A 26-YEAR-OLD man will appear in court later this morning, charged in connection with the murders of two brothers in Castlebar earlier this week.
His hearing is scheduled for 10.30am at Swinford District Court.
The bodies of Jack Blaine (70) and his brother, Tom (68) were discovered at their house on New Antrim Street by a home help assistant on Wednesday morning.
The men, who lived near Enda Kenny’s constituency office, were well-known to the Taoiseach who described the killings as brutal and savage.
