THE MATER PRIVATE Hospital has announced a bonus payment for Irish nurses looking to come home.
The hospital will hold a recruitment open day on 29 December at the hospital on Eccles Street in Dublin, where nurses can meet management and get details of a relocation package for those living abroad.
The hospital is actively recruiting across a number of specialties including cardiology; oncology and emergency department nursing.
The relocation can add up to €6,000.

Nurses already living in Ireland can avail of the signing bonus and educational bursary.
Barry McKimm, the human resources director at the hospital said that the package was part of an ongoing recruitment drive.
“With services at the hospital actively growing and expanding, recruitment is ongoing at the hospital across all disciplines including nursing.”
