THE SUCCESSFUL HOME renovation tax incentive is being extended, Finance Minister Michael Noonan has said.
“I am extending the Home Renovation Incentive to rental properties whose owners are liable to income tax,” the Finance Minister said, as he continued his Budget speech this afternoon.
