THERE WERE A number of leaks, predictions and presumptions in the run-up to yesterday’s Budget 2013 announcement but we now have a clearer picture of Government plans.

Impacting nearly the whole population, Ireland’s sixth austerity budget saw Ministers Michael Noonan and Brendan Howlin reveal how they would cut spending and increase its tax take in the hopes of balancing the country’s books.

Less than two weeks before the budget, 82 per cent of our readers said they were either ‘very worried’ or ‘a little worried’ about the upcoming announcements. Now that we’re not just dealing with ministers flying kites but know exactly what to expect for the coming year, we’d like to know how you feel about your finances.
