THE PAST FEW days have been absolute scorchers and temperatures are expected to pass the 30 degree mark later today.
Met Éireann says it’ll feel warm, humid and very muggy during the nights this week with most places seeing temperatures remain in the high teens overnight.
Given there’s no escaping the heat, an overwhelming desire to cool off by having a dip at an Irish beach, lake or river is only natural at this point.
There are signs the high pressure could break down over the weekend, bringing an end to the very high temperatures but in the meantime, we’re asking:
