# Valentine's Day
The Burning Question*: Do you celebrate Valentine's Day?
Let TheJournal.ie distract you from the ‘serious’ news with one of life’s REAL dilemmas. (*not really)

DESIGNATED DAY OF loving and caring for your significant other? Or cynical money-driven Hallmark holiday?

Whatever way you look at today, 14 February (also known as St Valentine’s Day), there’s sure to be someone nearby who has a different point of view.

If you’re in a couple do you go all out? Showering your partner in gifts and chocolates, serenading them from outside their bedroom window? Or do you get the obligatory card, maybe a small a bunch a flowers?

And if you’re single do ignore the day entirely? Or do you spend it with friends instead?

The question is: Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day?
