Bomb Blast

Deadly blast on Israeli tour bus in Bulgaria

At least four dead, as Israel blames Iran for bomb.

AT LEAST THREE people have died in a bomb blast in Bulgaria,  officials say.

More than 20 people were also injured in the blast, which took place at Burgas airport on the Black Sea. Several other buses on the site were also damaged.

“We think that (it was a suicide bomber),” witness Aviva Malka told Israeli Army Radio.

“We sat down and within a few seconds we heard a huge boom and we ran away. We managed to escape through a hole on the bus. We saw bodies and many people injured,” she said.

The mayor of the city confirmed that Israeli tourists were on the bus, as Israel directly blamed Iran for the attacks.

“All the signs lead to Iran. Only in the past few months we have seen Iranian attempts to attack Israelis in Thailand, India, Georgia, Kenya, Cyprus and other places,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement.
