TWO MEN WILL appear in court in Belfast today, charged with possession of explosives with intent to endanger life. The men, aged 37 and 43, were arrested in Belfast on Friday and charged by detectives investigating dissident republican activity. Two other men and a woman, who were also questioned, have been released without charge, RTÉ reports.
