I can’t understand those who favour further integration when we’re still being pushed to fiscal extremes and we still can agree on solutions.

The EU wants a bigger budget while whittling national budgets away. Austerity is only for others obviously, meanwhile pass the fois gras there Henri.

This is a good thing. The last thing we need right now is to have no control over our own budget. It is really idiotic to think everyone will be happy, someone is going to kick up a fuss. I can guarantee you it’s not our representative there. Kudos to which ever country is putting a foot down.
