A MAN HAS been arrested in Dublin for blocking the car of Mary Hanafin, Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport.
The gardaà confirmed to TheJournal.ie that the man was arrested at 3.20pm and has been brought to Harcourt Terrace garda station for questioning.
