rip prince

This lovely Prince mural has gone up in Dublin

Purple wall, purple waaaall.

IT’S BEEN JUST over a week since we lost music legend Prince.

With news today that his secret vaults may include ‘enough music to release a new album every year for the next century’, he’s not quite leaving us yet.

While Ireland has been dancing and paying tribute to the musician in various ways, a brilliant mural has gone up on a Dublin wall and will stay for the next few weeks

It’s seriously good

The artist is Donal Thornton of Practice and Theory, and it’s proving very popular with Dubliners.

The Sugar Club itself is screening Prince’s Sign O The Times concert movie next Saturday the 11th, and it’s one not to be missed.
