St Anne’s Park development rejected planning

The controversial 381-house development planned for a portion of the St Anne’s Park in Raheny, Dublin has been denied for naming the wrong company on the application. The application will be resubmitted shortly, the developers say.

The Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Heather Humphreys TD, has published an Action Plan for historic houses currently in private ownerships. There are nine actions to secure these historic properties to be sustainable for the future.
