Biography
Elected first to Offaly County Council in 2004 as a member of the Progressive Democrats, he ran unsuccessfully for a Dáil seat in 2011 as an Independent. Now a member of Fianna Fáil, he is a tillage and beef farmer by profession and also runs an agri-feed business.
