Biography

The owner and manager of a Centra store, this is first time running for general election. He is the brother of Westlife singer Shane Filan and is a former property developer. He set up Shafin Developments with his brother during the boom years but the company has since gone into receivership.

I am honest, focused and energetic. I am determined to work for real change for the benefit of Sligo-Leitrim, West Cavan and South Donegal.

To energise Sligo as the commercial hub for the northwest, invigorating real growth throughout the constituency.
