Infuriated by what he believed to be sub-standard political representation for the people of Cork North-West, 26-year-old teacher Padraig O'Sullivan is contesting the general election as an independent candidate. Though he has no formal political experience, O'Sullivan is hopeful that a campaign which promises to be the voice of the young people of Cork will pay dividends.
