      Outgoing TD Joe Costello is one of two candidates nominated by the Labour Party to contest the election in Dublin Central. Costello has previously served three terms in the Dáil, from 1992-1997 and again from 2002 to present. He is also a former member of the Seanad. Costello is currently the Labour Party's spokesperson on transport.
