      Darragh O'Brien is one of two outgoing Fianna Fáil TDs in Dublin North. The 36-year-old served one term as a member of Fingal County Council before his election to the Dáil at the first time of asking in 2007. O'Brien is currently the vice-Chair of the Public Accounts Committee.

      Before his election to the Dáil, O'Brien previously worked as an Area Manager for the Friends First financial services company.
