A Labour candidate for Dublin South-Central, Councillor Henry Upton comes from a strong line of Labour politicians - his father Pat was a two-term TD in Dublin South-Central, while his aunt Mary is the outgoing Labour deputy in the constituency. Upton currently sits on Dublin County Council where he has represented the Crumlin-Kimmage ward since June 2009.
