Outgoing Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan is seeking re-election in the three-seat Dublin West constituency. Lenihan was first elected to Dáil Éireann in a 1996 by-election held to fill the seat left vacant by the death of his father, Brian Snr. He has been returned to the Dáil at every election since, exceeding the quota on the first count in both 2002 and 2007. Lenihan briefly served as Minister for Justice before his appointment as Minister for Finance in May 2008.
He may have all the degrees in the world….
But he doesnt have common sense and cop on,, Hes completely out of touch with reality..
He lied to us constantly while minister of finance,,
He lied to his colleagues…
The sympathy vote he got last year from genuine people was just thrown back in their faces…
Hes the type of politican we dont need…..
have your say
