      24-year-old councillor David McGuinness has been selected by Fianna Fáil to contest the general election in Dublin West. McGuinness is a relative newcomer to the political scene, winning election to Fingal County Council for the first time in June 2009. He currently teaches in Lucan Community College.



       

      Did you know?

      McGuinness holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Music Education and History from Trinity College Dublin.
