      Tom,
we were in Tullamore yesterday and the person designated to contact could not because she droped her phone and that was the end of all communication. It was only when we were getting to the finish when I asked the question we found out you had not been contacted. We may have covered some of the same ground as yourself, we hit slightly over 2,000 houses. My number is 0872447337 text me and I will call you back.

Voting for Ray is voting for real Change. A “ray” of hope that we break from elitist politics, brown envelopes, exclusivity, sheer cynicism and derision for the ordinary hardworking citizen!
Now Fine gael want to get rid of OUR National LANGUAGE. The only thing left that we can say is OURS! They did it in the seventies when they removed the need for Irish in the civil service. Now when you phone a department and seek to do your business in the FIRST language only 1% can conduct a conversation in the language.. even in the Department of Education. When the decision to remove the compulsory study of foreign languages was introduced in the UK in 2001 it resulted in a such a huge reduction of students studying an european language- to less than 40% and more than likely mush of that % is coming from private schools. It means millions of people are prevented from knowing another culture and deprived of learning! Our own wonderful politicians have presided over the dumbing down of our education for decades.. I say our children are capable of far more. Crowded classrooms are not conducive to learning for starters: but cuts back in order to keep the greedy bankers and speculators in their billions is the only priority of the major parties. We really must make a strong show of solidarity with the likes of Ray in breaking this rotten system! Break it NOW for the FUTURE!

Socialist party candidate in LaoisOffaly? That’s a new one, but a probable vote from me.
However, your leader Joe is a little hotheaded… actually saw him myself live recently when he had a go at Barosso in Strasbourg. It’s not all Europe’s fault – and in fact Barosso was right in saying it is our own fault for not having any checks or controls on our financial industries.

Who took the checks off? The one and only Charlie McCreevy and he was so good at it our government was approached to see if Charlie Mac could be engaged by the €uropean Commission for a few years to loosen up the Europe Market for their buddies and hey presto Charlie delivered the International Accountancy Practice Standards(IAPS)
Sounds great doesn’t it! Until you discover that this IAPS is another Financial Instrument designed by an American Accountancy firm based in Nevada to rip off European States a more devious scam than transfer pricing.
Great to hear you are considering myself for your premier vote.
Before I sign off; my take on that clash was and still is that Joe hammered home the first nail in the IMF/ECB coffers from which a new agreement is set to be cast. The new bottom line will be ushered in within a couple of months of the FG led coalition taking over with much fanfare, however it will remain unacceptable because it is still absorbing private debt into sovereign debt. Wonderful, isn’t it Alan the way they have of trying to make us responsible for the debt of others.
