David Bradley from Drogheda is contesting his first election. He is running as an Independent Christian in Louth. Bradley is running on a platform "encouraging elected representatives to acknowledge God in their work for the Irish people".

• God, not the politicians, is in charge of of our country and we seem to have forgotten that. God is our sovereignty
• If the outgoing government had involved God, we would not be in the mess we are in now
• We are asking the politicians to seek God's guidance
